倫理方針

SAELAは、素材の調達から縫製までを国内の協力工場と行い、生産に関わるすべての工程で公正な労働条件を求めています。

コレクションは少量生産です。売れ残りの焼却や埋め立て処分は行わず、翌シーズンに繰り越すか、寄付します。

素材は再生繊維と植物由来の染料を優先して選びます。動物由来の毛皮は使用しません。

取引先には年に一度、労働条件と環境負荷についての確認を依頼しています。

Ethics policy

SAELA sources and sews with partner workshops in Japan, and requires fair working conditions at every stage of production.

Collections are made in small batches. We do not incinerate or landfill unsold stock; it is carried over to the next season or donated.

We favour recycled fibres and plant-derived dyes. We do not use animal fur.

We ask our suppliers to confirm their labour conditions and environmental impact once a year.
